Rules to follow as an operator at indiansextalk.com

  1. We do test calls with our operators, to make sure they are following our guidelines and policies. We record every conversation for control and training purposes. Not following policies can result in termination of your account. Your funds will be frozen.
  2. Make sure that you LOG IN and LOG OUT . Not answering calls will be taken very seriously, because our customers will complaint about this.
  3. If your status is set to “online”, you are required to pick up the phone when you get a call. Not picking up a call will be taken seriously and can be reviewed in our system.
  4. Make sure that when you are online, you are inside a quiet room, without any background noise. This will make sure the customer gets a good quality. Working in locations with back ground noises is NOT permitted.
  5. Do NOT promote yourself to our customers by asking them to pay you directly, this will result into cancellation of your account/payments.  Also forwarding  customers to other websites and services is NOT allowed. Conversations will be recorded.
  6. Do NOT give out any personal information regarding your address, contact info etc. and do NOT agree to meet customers in private.
  7. Behave normal, do NOT curse or swear (except on customers’ demand. For example in a role play). Make the customer happy.

  1. Test calls nahi li jayengi operator dwara, jis se hume pata chal jaye ki woh niyamo ka palan kar rahe hai.   3. Agar apka status dikha raha hai ki aap “online” hain, toh apko call pick karni padegi. Agar aap aisa na kar paye toh who hamare system mein aajayegi aur hum usko dhyan mein rakhke aage ka sochenge.
  4. Dhyan rakhe ki jab aap online ho hamari website per, aap ek shant kamre mein ho, jaha koi piche se awaz na aaye. Isse hamare customer ko achi gudwatta milegi. Is website per kaam karna jaha piche se awaz aaye annumati nahi hai.
  5. Dhyan rakhe ki aap hamare customer ko sidha na bole ki aap seedha unhe paise denge, agar apne aisa kiya toh apke account/payment sab cancel hojayenge. Aur customer ko dusri website ya service per bhejna bhi niyamo ke khilaft  hai, sari baatein record hongi.
  6. Website per kaam karte waqt apni niji jankari na de jaise ki apka address, phone number ya kuch bhi. Aur customer se bahar milne ke liye taiyar na ho, yeh niyamo ke khilaft hai.
  7. Acha vyahar kare sabse, kisi ko gaali na de ya batamizzi na kare (agar woh customer ki demand hai, jaise ki rule play karte dwara toh aap woh kar sakte hai). Customer ko khush rakhna hamara kartavya hai.
  8. Apne hamari website ka ye page poori tarah pad lia ha aur ap isko poori tarah se follow karenge. Company ke rules is page par diye gaye ha: Hoe does it work?
