How does it work?

You will be paid a fixed salary monthly along with additional income based on the minutes you talk to your customers. The more minutes you call every month, the more you will earn. Apart from us bringing in regular callers, you should promote yourself in various ways. This enables you to earn even more money every month. Also, you should “educate” yourself in how to become the best phone sex operator you can be. We will teach you how to do this all.

You will be provided a login page, where you can view the minutes and earnings you made. This way you can keep track of your earnings, average hold time and other related information.  You get paid at the end of each month. Processing can take up to 5 days. What happens after I have signed up and provided all the needed details?

We will integrate your profile into our system. We will test your phone number to make sure everything is functioning well. After that you will need to login through the internet, this way your status will be set as “online” and you are ready to receive calls.
It’s also very important to set your status back to “offline” when you are going to quit and do not want to accept calls. New operators will be promoted in our newsletters to make sure that our current customer base can get familiar with them.

When you’re waiting for a call

When you are done with a call you can think about promoting your profile and services to generate your own extra customers and your own extra income. Or you can just wait for a call to come up, so it’s up to you. But being proactive and working on improving yourself will make all the difference between a real income or just a pay-out.

*Rules and policies

• We do test calls with our operators, to make sure they are following our guidelines and policies. We record every conversation for control and training purposes. Not following policies can result in termination of your account. Your funds will be frozen.
• Make sure that you LOG IN and LOG OUT , not answering calls will be taken very seriously, because our customers will complaint about this.
• If your status is set to online, you are required to pick up the phone when you get a call. Not picking up a call and complaints about this will be taken seriously and can be reviewed in our system.
• Do NOT promote yourself to our customers by asking them to pay you directly, this will result into cancellation of your account/payments.  Also forwarding  customers to other sites is NOT allowed. Conversations will be recorded.
• Do NOT give out any personal information regarding your address, contact info etc. and do NOT agree to meet customers in private.
• Behave normal, do NOT curse or swear (except on customers’ demand. For example in a role play). Make the customer happy.
• A good contact between Phonesex.in and our operators is important. Do check and  reply your email messages you receive from us and revert when asked either via email, phone, skype, etc. Also additional options for earning money and tips etc will be offered by email.
